Does To Donate charge commission on tips?

No. To Donate charges 0% commission on confirmed tips. Only payment processor fees may apply.

Do I need to replace StreamElements or StreamLabs?

No. You can keep StreamElements, StreamLabs, or the overlay you already use. To Donate can work simply as your local payments link.

Do messages appear automatically on stream?

The creator chooses the panel mode: live to send new confirmed paid messages to the widget, or manual to select exactly what appears. Messages are only available after payment confirmation.

Do I need to use the To Donate overlay?

No. The To Donate overlay is optional. You can use it for alerts, goals, QR, and TTS, or keep your current setup.

Which payment methods are available?

The focus is MB WAY in Portugal. Bizum for Spain is marked as the next method. Availability depends on product and processor activation.

What does the creator need to receive real payments?

The creator needs to configure the available payment account for their country and complete the processor's required steps. Without that, they can prepare the page and overlay, but real payments won't be active.

Is my data protected?

We use secure authentication, protected connections, data validation, access control, and audit logs. Financial documents are treated as restricted information.
